What is Meeting of Minds?

Meeting of Minds is a new-style networking club exclusively for Managing Directors and Business Owners who employ between 5 and 100 employees.

Where did Meeting of Minds come from?

Your role as Managing Director or owner of a small and growing business is a challenging one which requires the ability to lead an organisation through many different stages of development. It can also be a lonely job and in today’s fast-changing business world, getting access to knowledge and experience is not only useful, but essential. And what better resource could you have than a network of fellow Managing Directors?

Meeting of Minds was founded and created by Jan Saunt as an exclusive ‘invitation-only’ networking club for Managing Directors and owners of growing SME businesses. It is based around her first-hand experience of owning and developing small businesses and her leadership role in facilitating a highly successful Oxford-based business networking group.

The purpose of Meeting of Minds is to enable members to meet and discuss issues, ideas and challenges around areas such as strategy and direction, company and product positioning, sales and marketing focus, employee concerns and development, leadership and time management.

Meetings are organized around dinners and breakfasts to allow for busy MD schedules.

Our aim is for you to feel part of the most stimulating and supportive networking club for SME business owners.
